Mission

To foster a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem in rural areas, broaden employment opportunities, and enhance the skills of youth, women, and vulnerable groups to enable them play an active role in the social and economic development of their local communities.

Vision

To create inclusive ecosystems where individuals in both rural and vulnerable areas can build and grow sustainable businesses.

Why it began?

1) Identified a lack of entrepreneurial awareness and infrastructure in rural areas

2) Early programs revealed strong youth demand, validating the need for scale

3) Transitioned from initiative to organization as operations and impact grew

How is it going?

1) Established over 1,000 m² of innovation infrastructure across multiple locations

2) Reached 10,000+ beneficiaries through training and acceleration programs

3) Shifting focus toward SME support while planning regional expansion
